deck suggestions

i want to build a deck to really annoy my friend. we both recently got into Magic and with one of the precons i have i will sometimes play it as a token creature deck and just completely stop any of his attempts to do anything to me and it really annoys him so i want to build a deck based around flooding the board with weak token creatures and giving them deathtouch to really annoy him and have some fun. i also want to keep it around like $80 at the maximum seeing as i dont have much money to spend
