My cat keeps peeing on the floor in one spot
My 5 year old keeps peeing on the floor in one spot every day. We have a litter robot. He was diagnosed with kidney disease three years ago but acts normal (he has stumped specialists and doctors for years bc he’s stage 4 and should be dying but he’s not by some miracle). We know he’s not peeing in one spot due to his disease, because he pees the rest of the day and poops the rest of the day in the litter robot. He also doesn’t pee on the floor when he’s being house sat. We think he does it because our two-year old stresses him out. So when we’re gone, he’s chillen. But obviously, our two-year old is here to stay. We’ve tried the enzymatic spray, vinegar, tin foil, and nothing has helped.
Advice on how to prevent this? Our floors have started to lift in the area. Also we keep the pheromone plugin on constantly.
