Gift card to drivers for Xmas/ make sure it goes to regular driver/not seasonal?

Hi all

I order a fair amount of shit and my drivers have always been good to me. I was tossing around the idea of getting everyone a gift card for Christmas this year to say “thanks.”

But.. I know y’all are slammed during that period and hire seasonal help. What’s the best way to ensure it goes to my usual route driver? Leave it out 3 months in advance?
