I want to continue taking the medicine but its making me sick, any advice?

I started trizepatide about 3 weeks ago now and its just making me sick. The first time I was puking/not eating for 3 days in a row cause gas was just trapped in my stomach and it was horrible. I went and bought gasx but its not much help? I was going to bed last night and realized I was burping and it tasted like vomit (my indicator that gas is trapped) and so went to sleep at 4am ish (Im usually up pretty late lol) and just wokeup at 6:30am feeling sick. I havent puked yet, luckily, and gas x is making the pain bearable, and Ive been drinking baking soda water and its helped but I really cant be calling out of work this often. Im supposed to take my third dose this morning. What do I do :(

For refrence Im a 19 year old whos always struggled with my weight. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, eat about 1500 calories a day, and mostly healthy food. No matter what I do it takes me months (on my last plateu, it took me 2 years) to naturally lose 10 pounds so I really dont want to stop. I previously took semiglutide and didnt feel sick at all with that but it became too expensive.
