Managing GICs at Scotiabank

How can I make changes to my GICs with Scotiabank using either their online platform or app? For example, changing renewal instructions to send the money to a checking account or to cash out a cash able GIC? Is it possible without calling or going to a branch?

Their whole 'Smart Investor's platform is such a joke. I shouldn't have to answer some questionnaire about my financial goals just to cash out a GIC. And, of course, even once you've filled it out all they do is pitch other products.
