[36M] Small bump on thumb, looks like hive or bug bite, has been there for well over a year, never goes away.

36 M, not even sure when i noticed this little bump. Maybe over a year ago? Assumed it was a mosquito bite or a hive or something. Ever since that time I noticed it again and again until I realize that it’s just…there all the time, doesn’t go away.

It’s hard to see, it doesn’t itch or anything, it just feels like a very small bump when I run my other finger over it, not hard or anything, it’s barely raised from the surface and the skin itself over that area doesn’t feel any different than the surrounding skin (i.e., it doesn’t feel drier or scaly or anything like that).

Any ideas?
