£200 needed pay back £220

I need £200 to pay a vet bill deductible for my beloved cat. I’ve cashed in some investments which I can prove if required but they take 7 working days to become available. The deal with the vets is that all bills are paid at the time of treatment which I haven’t done yet. They are not happy about it. Can someone lend me £200 until these investments are clear to withdraw. I’d be really grateful for the help. I’ll pay back £220 on the 8th October.
