Can I used AP to see where I'll go once I die?

So I have done AP just a few times, it doesn't last long cause I just wakeup, I go through the vibration stage which is uncomfortable I feel like I can't breathe but after I can successfully AP and just enter a world and have a bit of time before I wake up. I liked the AP world I went to but I haven't done much exploring cause I always wake up. Its been like a year since I AP I forgot about all this. Now i'm just trying to see if i can figure out where I'll go once I die. Is it possible to see this. Is there a way I can permanently stay in my AP?
