[TOMT] Movie where a squad of soldiers parachute into what they think is Iraq, but is actually Mexico, and they end up fighting a local cartel lead by Danny Trejo

The movie was a comedy (I believe from the 2000s) where the group were depicted as so incompetent that they only put two and two together that they were in Mexico after a narco they were interrogating laughed at them for thinking they were in Iraq (they were in the middle of a village that had taken them in, which was extra funny), and it ends with the cartel attacking the town with a tank, and the only thing they have that can take it out is an old cannon. As said, the main villain was played by Danny Trejo, and it was one of the first things I had seen him in outside of Spy Kids. The scene I remember most from him was ordering an underling and friend killed for a lack of performance. Said scene where they figure out that they're in Mexico ends with the main character walking out of the building there interrogating the "terrorist" in, and he starts looking around at all the distinctly Mexican things around him while El Jarabe Tapatio plays, and then he shouts no as the camera zooms out.
