Zep: best cost avail?

What is the cheapest way to get Zep?

I was on Weg for 2 years. Lost many lbs but started to gain back due to..multiple factors. Ugh.

Switched to Zep last week.

Is Lilly direct the cheapest way to buy this?

Like so many of you, I have spent $$$$$ on my GLPs and am trying to find a better/sustainable way of taking this lifechanging-/saving drug.
