Trying to figure out if I have MCAS

Will see allergist next week. Been dealing with hot burning skin (mostly on face but a little on body too) that stings. For a month straight. Feel it in my face, lips, tongue, and parts of my body. A little itchy but not terrible. Seem to have a heat intolerance too. The burning on the skin is awful and so painful. Sometimes I have redness but not always.

Ive been using high doses of antihistamines, along with pecid. Not seeing any relief.

Does that indicate this maybe isn’t Mcas or histamine issue and something else?
