New setup ideas

Hi everyone! This is my first post here, I recently had for a while and sold a syntakt and I fell in love with those machines, now I’d like to create a setup for minimal techno/house with a octatrack mk2, a digitone mk2 and a Roland tr8 using the octa as a performance mixer and a sampler. There’s some reason why I should buy a digitakt mk2 instead of octa and use an external mixer like the bluebox?
