Gmail out of storage?

Can someone answer this please. For the past couple of weeks I've had a big red sign on my Gmail account telling me I won't be able to send or receive emails after October 25th becauseim running out of storage. I have gone in and cleaned up big files, in box, trash and spam and Google drive. No im wondering is Google photos connected to Gmail? Do i need to clean up my photos too? Is there a way to contact Google? TIA
