Employer sponsor visa

Hi guys, I'm a web developer reside in SA and working for another regional state's digital company for a few months already(start from March) . Wondering which sponsor visa pathway is the best for me as my 485 only left 1 year now. If yes, what are the requirements for employer to be accredited sponsor in SA. Please guide, thanks
