My head always shakes uncontrollably when taking pics or speaking in front of people

Hey everyone,

I’ve been dealing with something kinda embarrassing and I’m not sure what to call it. Every time I have to take an official photo (like passport, university ID, etc.), my head starts shaking uncontrollably. It always happens when the cameraman counts “3…2…1” and I have to stare straight into the lens. The more I try to hold still, the worse it gets.

It also happens when I have to talk in front of a group, like giving a presentation. I’ll start speaking, and suddenly my head trembles without me wanting it to. It makes me super self-conscious, and people sometimes notice.

I don’t think it’s nerves in the normal sense, because I can feel calm inside, but my body just reacts like that. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it some kind of anxiety, muscle thing, or something else? And how do you deal with it?

Any advice or shared experiences would mean a lot.
