How to run Baldur's Gate 3 from GoG natively on Steam Deck?

Hey guys, I own the deck for about a year, and until now I only enjoyed games from Steam itself, to the point of re-buying games I already own on GoG and Epic, just so I could install them stress free on the deck. Now that BG3 has a native build for Linux and I already own the game on GoG, it would be a little to much buying the game again on Steam just to be able to play it on the Deck. So, yesterday I installed Heroic and would like to install my BG3 from GoG on the Deck.. Can someone direct me on how to install it to run natively on the Steam Deck? Does cloud saving works, as I plan to play on PC and on the Deck simultaneously? Thank you all beforehand for any support.
