Please help on last lament lich build

Hey, was trying on the last lament build but im pretty much stuck on t12 maps. Any higher or on delirious maps i keep dying..

Any Suggestion on what to improve? I had a rune of chase dropped which gave me arround 16 div, thats all i got in terms of Budget. I was saving up for rakiatas so i could respec the pen notes on the tree.

Is this a good direction or should i focus on something else? When i have rakiatas i can switch the gloves too, which would help with resistances.
