Wakes us up by “cleaning” very early mornings

Every morning since I could remember my grandma would wake up extremely early in the morning and will start cleaning etc. I’m talking about 3,4,5 in the morning. Depending on what time she falls asleep the day before. When I tell you my whole life she’s been doing this it’s insane. Mind you we have a one story house so you can basically hear everything. She’s 80 this year and she still constantly does this, every single time my grandpa and I ask her not to get up so early and we will help her at a reasonable time she lowkey is just abusive about it and in other words tells us we’re terrible for not being up with her and doing it right then. She won’t wait. This morning she woke up at like 4:30 and started cleaning, throwing dishes they clash and bang water runs as she talks to herself and the animals complains how she can’t do this anymore and how she never gets any help (so farthest from the truth she never lets us or when we do she’s watching us like a hawk and just complaining the whole time about how we never help.) I get up around 8-9 am so when I get up i usually always ask if she needs help with anything and her response is sits already done. Like it’s so frustrating, she purposely wants to make you feel bad but like why do I feel bad you chose to start cleaning at 4 am. I’m not doing that and you can’t abuse me into doing it. Like I’m sorry I do have sleep anxiety because every time I sleep it’s like I should be up cleaning but why would anyone want to clean in random hours I’m sorry. I’ll literally hear her out there crying talking shit about everything and everyone, she knows we will hear it eventually and that’s why she does it. She will purposely open our doors on “accident” and make noise right outside. I’ve told her multiple times I don’t want her doing things alone especially when someone is willing/trying to help. I understand being prideful but at this point it seems to be a power trip as well. The comments and the waking up it feels like an extreme situation and doesn’t ever need to happen. This hits the iceberg but basically how it goes
