Final Ep Concerts

So I was scrolling on insta and saw the Magic prophecy concert, which looks absolutely amazing and they had so many performances. But in comparison it seems a lot bigger of a venue and program in comparison to recent Final Ep concerts/shows. What dictates the size/venue of an EP concert and how do they decide which shows get which venues?
