Question About Skilled Worker Visa and ILR Eligibility Without Salary Increase

Hey everyone! I wanted to ask you on something related to ILR eligibility for those of us on the Skilled Worker visa. Just to give you a little context: I’ve been in the UK since September 2021, first on a student visa, then on a PSW, and now I’ve recently switched over to a Skilled Worker visa as of June this year. I’m working in the NHS with a salary around £26k, and my job code is 3212

Now, my main question is: if I stay in the exact same role at the same salary for the full five years on this visa, will I still be eligible for ILR at the end? Or is there some sort of requirement that I need to get a salary bump or a promotion along the way to qualify?

I guess I’m just curious if anyone else has been in a similar boat and can share how it worked out for them.
