How often you do updates on your products and how do you communicate your updates to your users(I WILL NOT PROMOTE)?

As topic asks - how often you deploy updates(and im not speaking about just some bug fixes, but rather new features or something worth for your users to know)?

How do you communicate it to your users and if you do, how often you also communicate?(like with every update, or aggregate and do it once a month) ?
