how to keep foundation from peeling on oily parts of face)

so i use the armani luminous silk foundation which is intended for dry skin think, yet i have a VERY oily nose and area next to it and whenever i apply foundation there, no matter what my skin prep is, it just wont even apply. it just immediately starts looking splotchy and peeling off and im honestly at a loss :( i cant even put on contour after without it removing the foundation all together. any advice?
