Any tips

I'm a fresh grad actually last year pa but licensed naman. I've been wanting to enter the telecoms industry specifically sa mobile telecoms. Ang internship ko lang is purely remote which is mostly talagang knowledge based lang nakuha kong skill that time but I really wanted to enter the industry. Are there any companies I can enter with that kind of skills? I mean just the knowledge. I really do want to enter this industry but I don't know where to start or even the roles I want. Maybe RF Engineer pero need kase ng hands-on experience dun which is Wala ako hays. Any tips po
