62 yo with +\+\- T1cN1a

First time posting but I’ve been following since my diagnosis in August. I had DMX and 2 lymph nodes with the sentinel node positive (was not prepared for that). The other node negative. I had delayed immediate reconstruction so implants are in. The original plan did not include a consult with radiation as it was felt that node would not be positive. Now I’m scheduled for PET scan and radiation consult. There was never any discussion about a need for chemo but now I’m afraid that that shoe is going to drop on me too. Anyone else with similar breast cancer that can weigh in on their treatment?? Feeling scared, sad and overwhelmed. Thanks.
