Team Builder Home State

I'm trying to use a team builder based in New Hampshire but when I started looking at the recruits, it seems like my home state is in Georgia. I replaced Old Dominion who is in Virginia, I chose Cincinnati's stadium and I didn't set up any of my pipelines in the southeast. Not sure how this happened and wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this.
