Where can I report hygiene situation at Fitness First

I tried reaching out to them but they simply looked at my message and ignored me.

This isn't the first time. Last time I told the cleaning uncle the drinking area has roaches and I see a number crawling about.

He looked at me and said, "I don't see it." And went away.

Would appreciate any help pls. Other people might run into stomach problems.
