Competitive matches in OW2

I’m a Mercy main. I’ve really only played ow1 competitive, after ow2 came out I stopped play for a while but I’ve just recently started playing ow2 I’ve started to play competitive but I’ve lost every single match.. I get 10,000 or above healing.. I feel like I’m the one causing the team to lose. I do solo queue so I play matches with randoms.. I also always see the whole I need healing spams but the person that’s spamming IS MILLON MILES AWAY or they’re pushing by them selves.. I don’t really have anyone to play ov2.

But in all seriousness am I the problem?
