Sleepy alot

I've had my meds changed (was on Epilim, Lamictal and Zonegran. Have swapped Zonegran to Briviact. Swapped coz Zonegran made me SUPER sleepy and didn't change the amount of seizures I was having)

How do you deal with being tired all the time? I feel like rotting all the time, and then I feel bad for not doing anything
