Fix the trash User Interface

I love this game, but seriously this game has the worst UX/UI I have ever encountered in a game. These have been issues since the game was released.

You get explanations for maybe half of the perks on legendaries weapons (you know the most fun part and biggest reward of the game) All class mods list skill mods but you have to go to a separate screen to see what they do? Or memorize the plethora of options by picture alone.

By far the worst culprit, marking items as junk but they mark the item above? And then when you go to unmark the legendary you just marked as junk instead of the blue (if you notice before you sell all your junk) you can't even manually unmark the one marked wrong.

Please figure out basic menu mechanics, thank you from gamers who have thrown away some of their favorite weapons
