Problem with dlc Rising tide

I'm experiencing an infinite loading screen (black screen with logos in the corner) after the island arrival cutscene in The Rising Tide DLC. Clearing the shader cache and reinstalling the game didn't help... I'm on the Steam version on PC. What else could be the problem?
