Constantly told to reset password to sign in, never works

I've been going through old posts and solutions don't seem to be working and I haven't seen this exact issue from others. I've been trying to sing in but I repeatedly get this prompt even though I've reset my password 3 times already. I've reset the Xbox, removed my account from it, switched to a wired Internet connection to make sure it's not a connection issue etc. has anyone encounter this problem with constantly needing to reset their password? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
