Lower leg tingling/pins and needles when doing hip adductor machine

When I use the hip adductor machine, I get a nasty tingling feeling in my left leg. It starts at the inside of my knee and travels all the way down to my foot. Any ideas what could be causing this? Even with lower weight I still get this further into the set. Thanks.
