Thinking of buying a RF-S 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM second hand. Any issues I may face with second hand lens?

I am considering purchasing a second hand RF-S 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM. This lens are very expensive in Europe but I am travelling in Vietnam and I have seens good deals on lens for my R50.

If I indeed go along to buy a "all around" lens like RF-S 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM, any considerantions I have to doible check for second hand lens?
