I was able to put 20+ minutes on a side of a record about 6 months ago, but I cant anymore, what changed?

It was for a LONG SEASON vinyl, and side A was one track going about 40 seconds over and they processed it perfectly fine. But now im trying a picture vinyl with almost the same length and it is having issues. How long has this 20 minute limit been a thing? Are there any other websites I can go to that exceed 20 minutes?
