Dealings with hostility from detainees

Are you trained with some sort of comebacks or legal counter warnings ? What are you to do or say especially criminals who know their rights and are not ignorant of protocols you're subject to to not have IA on you ; individuals who accuse you of anything you don't want to be accused of by anyone : Garbage like "not acting professionally" & protocols you didn't act on to threats of lawsuit or of accusations of police brutality,who threaten revenge to your person or your loved ones etc ??
