Is my harlandii buxus still alive? Can it make it?

It still has some green leaves, but unfortunately it started to yellow in the summer, and i havent been able to stop it, despite following the seller's advices. Is it time to replant it in a bigger pot? Please feel free to give tips on how to care for it.
