How to find PE success stories outside of Reddit

NSFWSpoilerGuide - DIY

Hello All,

I’ve been noticing a lot of posts and comments on here questioning the validity of PE lately. PE has been around for a long time and, while this subreddit contains a plethora of information, it is not packed with historical data (no fault of the sub, it just hasn’t been around long).

If you would like to see success stories and member signatures showing gains over years, please take the time to review thundersplace and biohacker (formerly pegym). These forums have been around for over 20 years each, and contain loads of user data detailing PE success, though are not nearly active today. For active conversation, I’d still recommend this subreddit. It seems to have one of the most active communities today.

I have to say, with the shear amount of info out there today, I truly cannot understand how anyone can just broadly claim “PE doesn’t work”. It is overwhelmingly supported by those who have put in the time that it does indeed work, and the post history across the internet supporting this spans decades.

Good luck in your journeys gentlemen, and I wish you the best in your efforts.
