Bad games performance after reinstalling PC

Hello, everyone! I had to reinstall my pc, and now I have really bad stuttering and lagging in two games(so far), which I didn't have problems with before reinstalling. I don't know if that will help, but the games are Dying Light: The Beast and EA FC 26. Tbf my problem is kind of werid, when I restart or boot my pc the games don't lag at start, one example is when I boot my pc and start EA FC 26 the game start lagging bad after some time(after one half in the game), and with Dying Light the game just lags in the menu, and there is the same problem I restart my pc I boot my game - no problem, restart the game - starts to lag progressavly bad. Is there anything I can do, like Windows options, downloading some kind of software, or something? My pc specs: GPU - RTX 4070, CPU - RYZEN 7 5800X3D, 32 GB RAM, and the games are installed in NVMe.
