Second Hand 2015 Fortuner

Now, my dad wants me to pay for the car na. I mean I understand it since he wants to get another small car for short travel use. And I totally understand it more since tulong ko na din ito sa kanila kasi both are retiring soon (so please don’t bash him). Before he gave it to me, it was 179k mileage, and naka at least 45k na dn ako na gastos for new set of tires, heavy PMS, interior detailing, etc. Now with months of use, nasa 190k mileage na. No issues so far.

Now, the big dilemna, he wants me to price it. Being his son, of course ayaw ko siya gulangan and ilowball. He just said price it well. He even said ok lng installment no downpayment since I have two kids na and may under installment dn na Kia Sonet. With that said, how much should I price it for him ba both hindi ako or siya talo? Or any other advise?
