Prep for baby starting daycare (under 12 months old)

Hi all. I am a first time mum and am looking for some advice to prep my 8 month old starting daycare. Do people normally pack 1 more empty bottles than what they normally would have and do you recommend to pack them extra socks and/or shoes to protect their feet?? What else would you recommend to have ready when they start? I will work with the centre but just want to hear some experience. Thanks all.
