Need advice on railroad one bedroom
I'm still in the process of moving in so please ignore the mess! Before I get too far ahead of myself, I'm trying to figure out how to make the most out of this slightly strange layout.
I work remotely so I'd like to keep my workspace, sleep space, and living space separate if possible, but I'm not sure what to do with the 'office', as it is one of the first things you see when you walk into the apartment (the entry is across from the fridge). I can rotate my desk so it's flush against the wall it's perpendicular to, and then possibly have a small folding table for eating/coffee/etc - I will also have bar stools for the breakfast counter so I'm not sure if that's necessary. I don't know what else to do with this area.
For the living room, I'm wondering if a bookshelf with plants would look nice to the left of the couch (where that orange-ish table is), and possibly a small table against the wall where the dog bed currently is (with more plants and a mirror or artwork placed above).
Any suggestions would be amazing, thank you so much
