Exciting, gripping plot AND Lots of Sex

I'm looking for a book (or series) with a really gripping, exciting plot, but also with A LOT of sex. I’d love to see some poly or open relationships in it, though that’s not a must.

My only hard no’s: children/pregnancy in the story, depression, age play, and daddy kink.

What I’m not looking for is a nonsense story that’s just porn. I want the sex scenes to feel natural and like part of the plot, but I want them to be frequent and detailed.

Maybe I’ve just been unlucky, but so far I’ve only found either:

• high-quality plots that keep me up all night but only have 1–2 sex scenes, often fade-to-black or not very descriptive, OR

• cheap love stories with lots of repetitive smut that feels like I’ve read it a thousand times already, boring enough that I just skim through and forget the book 5 minutes later.

I know this request sounds both too vague and too specific at the same time, but maybe someone has a good recommendation?
