Singel Switch Module T1 how to install properly?

I posted a burnt module a couple of weeks ago and hired a new electrician and bought two modules and I still have the same problem. The app is telling me accessory overheated? What are my electricians doing wrong?

No neutral version

L is conneted to the live wire L1 is connected to load S0 is connected to the switch S1 is connected to the switch.

First installation: used one module to control 2 11 watts and 2 30 watts lights. Got the prompt of accessory overheated in about 7-10 days.

Second installation separated the lights by using two modules. One module for 2 11 watts of lights Another module for 2 30 watts of lights Got the prompt of accessory overheated in about 13- 15 days.

What else should we check to get installation correctly?
