Artist

I would ask for artist on here but I dont trust anyone on reddit, I have a graphic novel its short 30 chapters. I was wondering if anyone knows where to find artist who can draw creepy style art. I was also wondering how does it work do they also add the words as well or will i have to find a graphic writer to do that? This is my first work. I've been looking on tiktok for artist but haven't found the style I'm looking for or going for.
