Dizziness/ lightheadedness

I got my Mirena inserted on 8/13/25. This would be my second one. I was fine for a few days, no cramping, no bleeding nothing. Then about a week after I noticed the dizziness. I have been so dizzy and lightheaded that I fear everyday of passing out. I even take my blood pressure and it’s fine. I have been feeling like this for about a month. I am just wondering if I made the right decision or if I should get this out. I literally struggle everyday at work. I haven’t been going anywhere and when I walk, I feel like I am 85 and walking with a walker. My Mom even noticed the way I walking. I am at a loss. I also have anxiety and this has made me feel like I need to go to the ER for testing. I also, have been told that I have fluid in my ears due to seasonal allergies. I have an ENT appointment scheduled but I really am hoping this isn’t a start of a downward spiral.
