Rogers raising RPP rates?

I signed up a RPP plan last Black Friday, I suddenly got my bill and it’s gone up a few dollars a month.

I thought generally they leave those prices untouched at least for the two year term you have signed up for. Is it worth pushing back or am I screwed because I went on BYOD?
