Lease takeover for fully furnished 1 Bedroom Onyx Apartments

Hi,

I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my lease at Onyx from October 25 to July 26. The room is fully furnished, and the place comes with good amenities. The rent comes up to $550, including electricity.
