Some 2010s comic during a scholastic book fair

It was a series about this blue-haired girl either in high school or college during a class about child development (something along that line) being given an egg in a basket to “raise” and she’s pissed about it. One day she goes out on the town, broke as hell and is about to throw away her drink when she finds a baby in the trashcan. She freaks out and wraps the baby in her jacket and rushes home to figure out what to do about the baby, and when no ones gives her a suggestion she likes she decides to raise the baby herself
