What is the range level of Arena of Master?

I am currently trying to finish Valhalla 4 missions but I am stuck cause it asks me to give an NPC some Arena medals, I still miss 8 Mithril medals but no one plays those arenas anymore, I tought i could do this with multiaccount but i am not sure at what level i should tkae my accounts, I am 95+30, whta level should my accounts be to be matched with me?
