Behind on water bill

Hi I am already behind on bills and then received this past due water bill 159.06 I started a new job and get paid twice a month now via check instead of weekly and it is hard to living paycheck to paycheck when the paydates don’t aline with my bills I have several past due any help would be greatly appreciated
